All quotations are prepared using the information available at the time they are issued.
Final pricing may vary depending on:

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.
5. Pricing
Our services are priced according to:

Additional services, revisions beyond the agreed allowance or changes requested after production has commenced may result in additional charges.
Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed before the work is undertaken.
6. Payment Terms
Projects may require an upfront deposit before production begins.
The remaining balance will be payable according to the agreed payment schedule set out in the project quotation or agreement.
Production may not commence until the required initial payment has been received.
Final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
7. Production Process
Projects generally follow a structured production process that may include:

• Review & Refinement
• Final Delivery
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals throughout the production process.
Delays in communication or approvals may extend the overall project timeline.
8. Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Two revision rounds are included at each production stage.
Requests for additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees and may extend the project timeline.
Changes requested after approval of a completed production stage may require additional production work and additional charges.
9. Project Timelines
Typical production timelines range from approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on:
• Video duration.
• Production style.
• Project complexity.
• Client response times.
• Revision requirements.
Any estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate project information.
• Supply requested materials in a timely manner.
• Ensure they have the necessary rights to any content provided.
• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes.
• Communicate feedback clearly throughout the project.
Failure to provide required information, materials or approvals may delay production and delivery.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
Four Bolt Digital retains ownership of its:
• Internal processes.
• Templates.
• Methodologies.
• Working files.
• Business systems.
• Proprietary materials created independently of the client's project.
Any third-party assets remain subject to their respective licence terms.
12. Portfolio Rights
Four Bolt Digital respects the confidentiality of its clients and their projects.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Four Bolt Digital may request permission to feature completed work or selected project excerpts within its portfolio, website, presentations, social media or other marketing materials.
Any confidential information, proprietary business information or commercially sensitive material will not be published without the client's prior permission.
Where a client requests that a project remains confidential, Four Bolt Digital will respect those requirements.
13. Refunds & Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has commenced, refunds may not be available for work that has already been completed or costs that have already been incurred.
Any cancellation or refund request will be assessed in accordance with the applicable project agreement and the stage of production reached at the time of cancellation.
Project-specific payment terms, cancellation terms and refund arrangements will be confirmed before production begins.
14. Limitation of Liability
While Four Bolt Digital is committed to delivering high-quality creative work, we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
We are not liable for:
• Increased sales.
• Increased revenue.
• Lead generation.
• Conversion rates.
• Marketing performance.
• Advertising performance.
• Business growth.
The effectiveness of any creative asset depends on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, product quality, pricing, audience behaviour and the client's implementation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful under applicable law.

We may use trusted third-party providers to help deliver our services, including scheduling platforms, payment processors, software providers and specialist production partners.
